Spring 2021 Recital Process

Step 1

Arrive

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your student’s reservation.

  • Drive to the “Check-In” sign.

  • Do not exit your vehicle.

Step 2

Check-In

  • An usher will greet you and add you to the queue. The usher will provide you with information about Picture Day Portraits at this time.

  • Once you check-in, find a nearby parking space and wait. Take this time to review the Picture Day Portraits information and place your order.

  • You will receive updates about your place in line via text message.

Step 3

Perform

  • When it is your students turn, you will be notified via text message.

  • Have the student exit your vehicle and meet an usher.

  • **Parents and relatives are not permitted inside due to the facility’s COVID-19 protocol. There are no exceptions.**

  • The student will be escorted inside. Once inside, they will perform their selection and have their portrait taken.

Step 4

Done!

  • Once the student has finished performing, an usher will escort them back outside.

  • Pick up your student and you’re done!

  • Thank you for participating in the recital this semester!
